When you attend Riva Health Clinic for your ear cleaning you shall be asked to complete a medical history in the first instance, when doing this it is imperative that you answer all questions truthfully leading to not disclose certain information could compromise your health and the procedure from being successful i.e. should you suffer with issues relating to your immune system this would involve risks such as infections beginning, issues in healing and leading to severe damage to the inner ear, in these situations we would not compromise your ear health and would not be able to offer you the cleaning procedure!
